Active airstrip?

The houses are dangerously close to the runway if it's still in use.

Runway 18-36

Actually Runway 18-36 changed to its number designation to 19-35 till 01 june 2019.

Wrong airport

Good coords for Villa Maria airport IATA: MRA, ICAO:SAOI, in Villa Maria, but airport is closed, built over with housing.

SACV was an airstrip near Villa de Maria del Rio Seco, a small town 280 km north, also closed.

Both former runways are visible in Google Earth Historical Imagery.

Ascochinga is a golf club, not airport.

ICAO code SACN is obsoleted and replaced by SAAC

it is "Comodoro Pierrestegui" airport near Concordia, Entre Ríos

IATA code: COC

location: 31°17'49"S (-31.296943), 57°59'48"W (-57.996630)

The runway designation appears to be missing.

re: Right name

Reply to @david: Ok, I can see now. (and understand the site and the page). I´ve moved the heliport position at the right site.

re: Right name

Reply to @choppergb: thanks. I've moved "HAT" to the local identifier field (so that it appears at the top of the right sidebar, and will show up in searches, etc.), translated the name back into English, and put the Spanish name in the keywords field (it shows up at the bottom of the right sidebar). I'll do the same for the other heliports.

re: Right name

Reply to @david: Hi, HAT is the local argentina identification (like SAEZ (international) is EZE (local) and is Ezeiza airport the name)

re: Real name

Reply to @david: Hi, I´m the pilot (Transener pilot, and all the Transener heliport is under my responsability ). No problem with the helipad, is far away to the high-voltage lines.

re: Real name

Reply to @choppergb: Thanks for the help! I moved the marker to what looks like a helipad, though I can't imagine the pilot who would want to land on a helipad that close to a transformer station and high-voltage lines, especially in a wind! Let me know if that's the right position.

Is the HMT the transformer station designator? So it would be "Transener S.A. (HMT) Heliport" in English?

Picture of david

re: Right name

Reply to @choppergb: So into English, would that be "Transener S.A. HAT Heliport"? Does "HAT" stand for something, or is it part of the name?

Picture of choppergb

Right name

The right name is ALMAFUERTE/HELIPUERTO TRANSENER S.A. HAT

Picture of choppergb

Real name

MONTE CRISTO/HELIPUERTO TRANSENER S.A. (HMT)

The right position is into the electric station
