Better known as Campo dos Afonsas home to Brazilian AF Museum (long white building bottom left) plus some active military - if you like old aircraft look a couple of miles to north for C-47 and C-119 (seperate sites) both in very good condition outside military buildings.....

There is a Flightschool were you can Depature with an Instructor and go over Rio .

On the west side of SBJR is an smal UL-field, very nice people there (mail: caerdepaer@ig.com.br)
