I'm assuming the road doubles as a landing strip. I've removed the fake ICAO code, and zoomed in so that the road is more visible.

The current runways for Zaria Airport are RWY 05 & RWY 23. It’s incorrect on windy.com. DNZA’s Wikipedia page shows this as well as a look at the google earth images of the runway threshold

I can find no information that the airport has permanently closed, though it hasn't had any new flights in a month according the FlightAware. Leaving as open for now, pending more information.
