I have fear of sending money
hello my name is Betty and I am from Nicaragua would you please help me, I want to adopt two young English bulldogs, But the owner wants me to pay half the shipping charges. I agree, she says she is paid directly to the travel agency, but I have fear that it is a scam, she said that is north of the bay from Cameroon, my question is: I can trust this agency to send my money? she can claim and ordered the money sent? says it expands two hours to get the puppies at my house. I live very long in africa, so I do not arrive in two hours .... I have fear that it is a scam! please help advise me, What Can I Do?
